HRSA
Find federally-funded health centers where you can get care even if you have no health insurance. You pay what you can afford, based on your income.

Dental
ADA: State Dental Organizations
Dental schools often offer services at a reduced rate. The American Dental Association offers a list of organizations by state, contact the organization in your state for information about local dental school clinics. They can also help you find a dentist in your area and give you information about dental assistance programs.
NIDCR: Finding Dental Care
The National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research also offers a list of local dental schools as well as a list of federally funded community health centers, and a fact sheet for finding low cost dental care that includes information about clinical trials, medicare and medicaid services, and more.
State Medical
Contact your local health department to find out if you are eligible for medical assistance benefits.
Eligibility is based on income and/or resources, most local health department websites have resources that allow you to determine your eligibility online. Even if you are not within the income guidelines for free benefits you may qualify for insurance at a reduced rate or your may be able to receive free or reduced rate benefits for your children.
In some states you may be able to apply online and through the mail with no need for an office visit.
Check your local phone book for the number or do a search online for State Medical Assistance in your state.
You can also search GovBenefits.gov for information about over 1,000 benefit and assistance programs including healthcare, medicare, and medicaid, plus career development, grants, education and more. Browse programs by category or state.

Tips
Low to medium income individuals may be able to apply for assistance through the hospital or clinic where they receive care. Call your care providers for assistance information.
Additionally, many hospitals and clinics offer discounts for uninsured patients who do not otherwise qualify for assistance. If you are a self pay patient, ask your care providers what types of discounts they offer.
