In this image (inspired by Revelation 12) Satan is depicted as a heavily muscled winged dragon with multiple heads, horns, and an enormous tail, he stands over a pregnant woman who is about to give birth to a child which he plans to devour.
Luckily, the child was taken by God immediately after being born.
