Betrayal
by Matt Edgmon

I felt betrayed today,
The one I loved left me,
She went to my friends and told them,
She didn't bother coming to me.

I don't know what went wrong,
Yesterday was so fun,
We hung out,
We laughed,
We Cried,
But in the end she left me.

And I still don't know why,
She left me for my friend,
She told him I beat her,
He beat the crap out of me,
Told me to stay away from her,
Now he's feeling the pain too.

She left him,
She met another guy,
He soon joined our ranks as well,
All of us who feel betrayed.

We shall have our revenge,
We arranged a meeting,
One of our friends and her,
They got along great,
And then he left her.

And now she knows how it feels.
