Golden Sun
Poem

It was a unique sunset of orange and pink, into an ocean of
shimmering gold. Two lovers kiss as the minute grains of sand cool
between their toes. Heat between the lovers begins to rise. How long have
they been together? Are they in love? Are they married? No, not yet.
They are at their sacred beach, where many kisses have been treasured.
It was three years shared, not knowing how much each cared. Words can't tell; how sweet is her smell, how soft is his touch. His hand gently
brushes her cheek like the smooth roll of waves in low tide. They
stand, eyes intertwined, their hearts soon to find, loves eternal bind.
Many suns set before that special day comes. It will take place in
their established abode of love, there on their beach in the sand. A
kiss to seal their hearts, will be viewed by only those whom are intimate.
Little do they know that in this same sacred spot they will share with
the unique sun set of orange and pink, into an ocean of shimmering
gold, their fiftieth wedding anniversary.
They want to be together forever, they have found eternal happiness
within each-other, they will be together for their ever.
