Mirror
Poem
by Desiree Walsh

I open my eyes and there I see,
a girl crying like her life is ending,
I see blood on her hands;
it's dripping off her neck and all down her shirt.
She's almost gone.
Just before she leaves she realizes that she's looking in a mirror.
That girl was me, now I'm gone.
