I love the strength of lines. We drive on lines and stand in lines. Lines wind the road back home. Lines feed the life in our veins. In ancient times lines predicted births and happiness. Lines divide countries and lovers.

I grew up in a small factory town in Arkansas. A culture of concrete and consumption drove me to "paint" with flame burns and acryllic. For me, the burns are a return to nature, spirituality, and simplicity.
