Moved to Italy in 1980 to follow a dream of learning to carve from Italian masters. Found two octegeneirans who took me under their wing until their deaths.

Exposed to many artists paying Italians to do the work for them, I tried to create a means of expression which didn't have that same generic, "choose from one of seven finishes" look.

Awards: 2005 ARC honorable mention, 3d out of 4400 in competition for a piazza sculpture, Pomezia Rome
